Smoked paprika BBQ Chicken Elaboration
- In a mortar crush the cloves, cumin, fennel leaves, whole black pepper and the Chef Urbano Himalayan Pink Salt.
- Pour the obtained mix in a big baking tray and then add the Chef Urbano Rosemary, laurel leaves, Chef Urbano Thyme and garlic.
- Then, add the orange zest and its juice, four big spoons of our Chef Urbano Sweet Smoked Paprika Powder.
- Finally, incorporate the bottle of ketchup and a stream of olive oil and vinegar.
- Prepare the chicken. Mix the barbecue sauce with the meat and cook it in the barbecue.
